hello po.
almost a year narin po akong ngbubuhat pero d consistent dahil s trabaho sa 3 months n buhat 3 months din pending. need assistance lng po sana for proper work out and diet plan. hirap s pag bubulk pero mabilis naimpis.:banghead:
