Bat di ka nalang mag quaker rolled oats, or kahit anong quaker personally ayoko kasi yan parang low quality ingredients pero pwede din naman

kahit me oats yan, mataas pa rin sa refined sugar. tama si yatez mag oats ka na lang.
pwede mo lagyan ng skimmed milk tsaka onting raisins para manamis-namis.
