newbie here

Hello guys,

I have just reading your forum here and I decided to register to interact with other pbb members.

I started going to gym when I was 1st year college (year 2007) and now I am already working. Due to lack of consistency I would just go to gym every summer from my 1st year to 3rd year college. Due to very busy schedule in school, I decided to buy dumbells in order to have some workout at home until I graduated the year 2012. But due to lack of motivation and busy schedule as well, I would just do workouts for a week or 2 then to stop again.

My goal now is to reach the 140lbs weight with a clean bulking. Now, I am starting to have workouts at home and planning to go to gym again this Christmas vacation and hoping this time would be more consistent and to be more motivated with regards to bodybuilding. I would like to appreciate your inputs regarding my brief introduction.
