Good day to all!
I'm Kyle or call me Kley. A little history, I am an ectomorph. I have been so thin for the last 20 years or so, more like underweight if you base it on my BMI. At 5'4 I was 105 lbs. (WTF?! It's true) Fast forward, made changes to my diet, eats 4-6 times a day, and I am now at 134 lbs of muscle and fat (60% tummy, 40% fat) hahah just the tummy. Anyways, before I was so shy to go to the gym, can't even dare lifting a dumb bell thinking I might not be able to lift it properly or end up breaking my arm haha.. But now, I've succeeded on my first goal which is to reach the desired weight for my height. Now, it's time for my 2nd phase, which is to get ripped! But not that big..just enough.. I have started hitting the gym, twice a week only due to work schedules, and now starting to take some whey protein (cost Php 1,200 per 2 lbs, which is a steal! Got a supplier from the US). Kind of struggling with my routines, not that familiar yet, but I'm getting there. Mostly doing compound exercises (Google said it's advisable for ectomorphs). Any help about routines and diet would be appreciated. I'm getting there! Thanks for all your help

friend/business partner from US lang supplier ko, he buys in bulk and repacks them. Don't know a lot about whey, except that it taste good, if you have questions about it, feel free to ask, I'll pass it to him.

If I remember it correctly, it's from Protein Factory USA. I think meron silang website. If meron po kayo ma-aadvise na whey, I'm open to any suggestions
