Help about "High-carb + Low Calorie Diet"

Hello PBB this my 1st thread here and i'm glad to hear from you guys, To start off ok lang ba ang highcarb lowcalorie diet? my cycle of eating is afternoon i take 2 to 3 cups of rice but ung ulam ko konti lang since calorie deficit ako, And quaker oats + 3 bananas for my dinner... i took 2 to 3 cups of rice for me to have strenght before i workout.... wala akong breakfast bec. ang gising ko is 11am... pero regular workout sched 5x a week. I'll post my journal na lang para mas complete details.. thanks sa sasagot

High-carb on a Low Calorie Diet might look like this:
** 160LBS MALE @ 2.3k CALORIES/DAY
P-170 (approx. 30%)
F-50 (around 20%)
C-290 (around 50%)
-2.3k cals is low for an active individual sa scenario na ito.
-Mataas ang carbs @50%.
-Protein is sufficient @30%
-Fat is also covered @20%
Going back to your question, kung ok lang ba ang HIGHCARBS kahit DEFICIENT sa calories?
Answer: YES, as long as you still have enough room for sufficient protein and fat intake
I see sir thanks it helps alot hehe.. hindi pa kasi ako marunong mag count ng calorie intake sa mga food na kinakain ko kaya ang ginagawa ko is tinatancha ko lang.. sa carb na lang ako bumabawi... i do cardio on my rest day din sir like jogging.. cutting phase kasi ako kaya i maintained my scale na hndi madagdagan

yung kinakain mo puro carbs which is good for you to have energy to train 5x a week, pero protein mo? Asan?
Eat more protein bro, save your muscles! para mas maganda yung finish product ng cut mo. mas solid! kesa yung after cutting soft and puffy yung kalabasan @core
i think low carb ang Atkins, not sure. Basic lang yung strategy ni Jay-R, kelangan lang ng adjustments.
