    anyway nice back mukhang don nauna nawala bfat mo which is rare o sa lighting ata kaya ganyan.

    Suggestion lang brah bulk, 5'10 ka at 160 brah anymore cutting will really make you a skinny phaggot, aayos yang love handles mo kung mapapalapad mo pa yang latissimus dorsi at intercostals and medial deltoids area mo to create a wider illusion then cut back again makikita mo sinasabi ko :)

    Oo ayos lang yang whey pero suggest ko lang unahin mo malaman kung papaano kumain ng tama ang silbi ng fats, carbs , proteins sa katawan.

    Hindi lahat dapat pinaniniwalaan mo do your own research and try it on your own body or if in doubt you can always ask here, san ka pala nag-aaral boss? Pwede mo naman i manipulate time and training mo to suit your schedule eh, ganyan ginagawa ng karamihan dito.

    Perpetual Las pinas po ako nag aaral sir Yatez :D ang duty po namin sa restaurant pag dating ng december simula 7:00am to 11:00pm po dahil sa maraming function.

    Taga Las Pinas ako sa Greymarville! Nagbubuhat kami ng unnamed weightlifting team(LOL) namin sa Teamsports sa taas ng mga barbershops sa tapat ng starmall. San ka nagbubuhat?

    Also kelangan mo ng mentality makeover. Mali majority ng tinuro sayo ng instructor mo if ganun tingin niya sa diet. No carbs after 6pm etc. Try mo bro mag basa and mag research for yourself and tignan mo kung ano yung gagana for you. Nabiktima rin ako ng mga ganyang trainorzz instrukkktors. Kaya kelan lang ako nagka tamang mindset to finally achieve tamang weightloss.

    Dayo ka minsan sa madumi naming pinagbubuhatan mababait kami! Hehe.

    May nabasa lang ako dito sa forum.

    Calories deficit = weight or fat loss

    I must agree. Had the same advice almost two years ago when I posted that photo. BTW, that photo dates back May 2012...

    Hindi ako nagboboard eh. Malapit lang kasi ang school sa bahay. 1hr bus ride.
    From P500 allowance na binibigay sa akin, P130 goes to a week supply of eggs(30pcs/tray), the other P130 sometimes goes to chicken breasts if not, that and the rest goes to savings and bus fares. Yung maiipon kong P250, pang-monthly renewal membership sa bakal gym.

    Probinsya eh! May alam nga ako sa Tarlac ba 'yun o Pampangga. Desenteng bakal gym, P15 per session. Pero meron din naman siguro dyan sa Manila...

    About po sa program di ko po kase talaga alam kung ano gagawin kong program. Yung nag tuturo po kase samen sa gym sabi na wag ko daw po gawin yung SL 5x5 di daw kase totoo yun ahaha.
