back to basic strength workout
focus on abdomen to lower body

Its been 8 months since I was 185.9 lbs... now I am at 156.2 lbs.
In the past months I have been on a tough lift training, long runs & strict diet.
As the days gone by I lose weight, my strength goes weaker.
It is very difficult to lose weight & become more stronger.
But inspite of this, I have over come the challenge and make progess time by time.
