Hi. im just new here in this forum.
I was operated this may 2013 to give my kidney to my mum. Ive been working out for about a year bago yung operation. Then nag stop na ko magbuhat from april to june. Nagbalik lang ako this august. Ngayon lang tlga ko nag try mag supplements kaya need ko ng tamang info. Too much info kasi sa net. Nakaka gulo lang. Hope to get all the info i need here.
Ill try to post yung before photos ko bagon yung operation. then yung picture ko after op na wala pang workout. then yung latest pic na nagstart ulit ako magbuhat mula aug.
thanks in advance sa mga advices.eto naman yung after transplant na wala pang buhatlastly, eto yung latest. pasensya na sa mga kuha, ako lang kasi nag ppic. ayoko kasi pakuha sa iba kasi nahihiya ako. thanks

Ano bang sabi ng doctor? Syemprr medyo nag iba na ung pang filter mo dahil previously 2 kidney mo.

Whey and creatine and add a multivit + if anong supp pwede for kidney support.
Just drink lots and lots of water at nakaka dehydrate ang creatine.

stick to those brands IMHO since special condition mo.
just hit the gym today, and hingi lang ako suggestions sa mga masters pano mapa liit yung side obliques, kung hindi naman, yung magkaroon na palikpik. tagal ko nang gusto magkaroon nun e. hihihi. post ako ng pic ko after gym, para may motivation ako. before and after . Ill give it ten weeks after! )

wag ka masyado mag rely sa whey. Plan your meals first tas fill in the gaps with whey.
Pero after backreading the last page goal mo ata magka abs.
Halimbawa 1-2x a day ka nga lang mag whey pero protein naman na nakukuha mo sa karneng kinakaen mo araw2x e mataas na.
Ako twice lang mag whey pero pumapalo ng 200g+ protein ko basta maayos kain ko.
@monch wala ko plano mag ka abs bro, mukang mahirap talaga yun. papaliitin ko muna obliques ko. any suggestions?
for optimal muscle gainzzz, whey will help but it's not gonna make you any better from a person not drinking (or drinking less) whey kung parehas lang naman kayo na sufficient sa protein
Exactly! Hell I don't even know tag, yet I know this is true and solid info sir V!
Whey (or any other type of protein powder for that matter) only helps fill in the gap to help one to meet their protein needs for the day as opposed to eating tons of chicken everyday haha. Whey is NOT magic. As a matter of fact, I'd bet I could take anyone on the board, give them placebo powder instead of actual whey, and as long as their protein-food intake is solid, they would see NO difference whatsoever in terms of results. Btw, keep in mind whey is new relatively speaking - protein powders before mainly consisted of egg protein. Did I, or any other old schoolers see some magical change when whey was introduced in the mid-late 90's? Hell no haha. It's just what's in vogue, that's all. Food will ALWAYS be more important than whey or any other type of protein powder, mrp, mass gainer, etc.

Ako kasi sinusunod ko kasi yung nasa label ng ON GS (though PM7 ang gamit ko ngaun)

ganito kasi ginagawa ko per day sa protein intake ko:
(166lbs weight ko)
2 scoops of PM7 (23g protein/scoop) = 46g
5 pcs. hard boiled egg white only (3.5g protein/white) = 17.5
total of 63.5g = yan lang alam ko icompute kasi hindi ko alam kung ilang grams nakukuha ko sa whole foods sa buong araw. dunno kung umaabot ba ako dun sa 166g of protein na quota ko.
