Get shredded or die mirin'

Hi guys, i'm kinda new here. So mga kuya at master, pwede ko bang mahingi ang pag gabay nyo, para maayos naman ang buhay ko haha. Well 1 year nako nag bubuhat like stated above, pero ung mga unang buwan maling buhat talaga. Kaya walang nangyari. Then ngayon naman, i have some decent gains, lumapad, lumaki.. some good mass gains but d pa ako kontento e, naliliitan ako sa sarili ko. and i feel like i'm lost, hindi ko alam kung tama ba ung ginagawa ko sa gym kasi no one is guiding me.. even sa nutrition and pag gamit ko ng supplement ko.
Well ngayon bulking ako, timeframe ko ho ay hanggang end of december ay bulking ako, tas january hanggang summer ay cutting, (like any average joe) ..

Well guys i have a few questions in mind, here are some..
Is my workout okay? Any flaws?

Any tips on bulking? tips on how to take my serious mass?

How will i CUT? (biggest problem) :(
