Bone/Joint Supplements

Hello guys, meron ba kayong alam na okay supplements for bones/joints? or perhaps things for recovery

I tried Osteo Bi-Flex but i was not getting great results yun lang kasi nakita ko sa CnC eh walang Animal Flex T_T

I got Tfcc tear kasi pero parang minor or di grabe and pinayagan parin ako magbuhat but pain persists when I go heavy. I searched that Animal Flex can help it daw. Anyone know where I can get this? Nagkakaroon ba neto sa CnC, ive been there two times on different month pero wala eh

    may arthritis of any sort po ba kayu? Normally kasi if it's to maintain healthy joints usually fish oil/flax seed oil ang recommended na supplement.

    nope i dont have arthritis naman. im not into maintaining actually its more of recovering from injury yung purpose ko.

    but thanks for the info other members might need them

    If its for recovery then I don't know much for I have never had any joint realted injury. Let's wait for the other members to chime in they might be able to help you :)

    yung triple flex ata ng natures made na chrondroitin + MSM pwede ba yun?
  • I used Kirkland glucosamine 1500mg chondroitin 1200mg
    and its very effective
    nagkaroon ako tennis elbow injury and naging chronic for 3 months
    after months of researching Sa net nkita ko un glucosamine supplements
    nawala siya after 2 weeks of supplementation
    tuloy mu Lang pag inum nyan 2-4 weeks bago magkick effects nyan
  • Sana effective kasi meron din ako problema sa right wrist ko yung tipong kamay ko diretso head level tapos pag nag thumbs down ako na rarmdaman ko yung sakit tapos pag BP eh parang lalabas yung buto sa gilid.

  • Ang bilis reply! Yung nag dumbell ako mas masakit pag iaangat eh tapos pag pressing na ganun pa rin. Parang sa barbell curl ko nakuha tong sakit na toh eh. Hindi kasi ako gumagamit ng EZ bar dati.
