Calisthenics on Rest Days?

Sino sainyo rito ay nag bobody weight exercises sa bahay pag rest days? Curious ako, advisable ba ito for strength and conditioning? Would it aid or halt our recovery? e pag nag drodrop sets ka kaya? Tipong bench your heavy weight tapos mag pupush up ka for reps, how would it impact strength o sacroplasmic/myofibril hypertrophy?
May mga nakikita ako articles that say yes and some say no so I had to ask. Personally nag cacalisthenics ako every day pagka gising. What say you?

1hr ako magpractice during my fast then breaking my fast with a good rest day workout.
Here's a the prime example of it... tho I can only do some 1 hand cart wheels, 360 backflips at roundhouse pa lang lol... wala pa ko 3 inches thick mat para makapag advance
Iba-iba talaga ang makukuha mong sagot pag nag-search ka sa Google o kahit magtanong ka sa forums
The best way to know is to experiment it on yourself

kung negative ang impact sa weight training mo, minimize it

@vinch, Spot on man. I hate some exercises, at mejo frustrated ako hindi ko kaya pa sarili kong body weight with dips, chin ups and the like.
