tama poh ba gagawin ko?

Hi guys

tanong ko lang po kung tama ba gagawin ko.
mgweight training ko ng 3x week tas 1 o 2x naman ung cardio

primary goal ko is Fat loss

bale po ganito gagawin ko

MWF - Weight Training
TH Sat - Cardio

ok lang po ba un?

    ^ wala namang problema dyan

    pero try mo at least 3 times a week ang cardio exercise

    M - Chest / Shoulders / Tricep
    T- Rest (Day off ko kasi) pde rin mg cardio
    W - Back / Bicep
    TH - Cardio
    F - Back / Bicep Leg / Abs
    Sat - Cardio
    Sun - Rest

    me dapat pa pob ba ko idagdag??

    try mo po 5-6x a week cardio :)kasi fatloss ...ang workout para talaga sa mga building muscles yan..

    Baka ma-overwhelm ka ha. Ang advice ko tikman mo muna GYM and cardio sessions ng paunti unti. ^_^

    mghihinay hinay ako sir, ntry ko din nman na mg gym pg me ng aya =), ngayon ko lang po talaga siseryosohin,

    about naman sa cardio 15mins na stationary bike hirap na ko, =(

    Should be a good start for you. Ako rin wala akong bisyo. Mahina lang din baga. Umulan lang nga inubo nako. Hehehe.. Medyo natigil din kasi ako sa vitamins.

    start easy bro. baka maburnout ka agad. pwede naman progressive eh. which is better talaga. ^_^

    pwede naman..try mo..kung mabilis ka tumaba edi sige try mo din 4x a week..

    ako nga after ko mag palaki ng 10months na walang cardio ha...tapos nung nag start ako mag diet 6x a week cardio ko ..25minutes treadmill:D

    1st day ng workout ko ngayon, ok naman, kaso wala man lang libreng tubig dun sa gym,
    nxt tym dala ko ng isang timba hahaha,

    did 3 set of chest, bicep workout, 10 8 6 reps

    ok ba ung ginawa ko?

    hirap ng walang kakilala sa gym, wala man lng mgspot skin,

    hirap ng walang kakilala sa gym, wala man lng mgspot skin,

    gamit ka ng webhosting service like photobucket or flickr. Save mo yung pics mo sa website na yun tapos bibigyan ka nila ng link.

    Kaya kapag magreply ka, makiclick mo na yung "insert image" icon tapos lagay mo lang link. Ok na nun. ^_^

    agree ako kay bro ipis,

    IMO build muscle muna kasi if fat loss lang aim mo baka maging patpat na mangyayari sau

    mako-convert naman yang taba mo into muscle as you progress eh.

    ang fat/muscle ay fat/muscle...tanging magagawa mo lang dito burn or gain:D

    ano poh? build muna ng muscle then mg ccut ako?

    3rd ko back and biceps ok naman
    nung 2nd day ko(cardio) kala ko lalabas puso ko sa dibdib ko e, nakakapagod, (pero sarap sa pakiramdam)

    basta focus on building more muscles muna. mas maraming muscles = mas maraming na buburn na calories even while resting. :)
