    Good thing bata palang ako, nakuha ko na importansya ng pagkain at gatas, though mas incline ako sa pagkain ng gulay at fish meats, nadala kasi ako doon sa kasabihan na... "Kaya daw naging unano yung mga unano dahil sa sobrang karne ng baka at baboy"! Hahaha! The heck! Still I end up meso or ecto (nagvavary din, madali akong mag-gain at madaling din magpapayat) during puberty dahil sa katamaraang kumain at maglaro physically, puyat at sobrang online games!

    Ask ko lang sa pagbubulking, anong longest duration na nasa phase ka nun? Anong pinakamabigat na bodyweight na na-hit mo? Any history of stretch marks?

    178lbs is my heaviest last july 2012. i bulk very slowly, longest is 6 months.

    +1 di ko nasusundan mga post ni nrg haha. 2 pages na yung posted threads niya wala akong nakitang journal. Pero sa pagkakatanda ko eh nag post na din siya ng pic niya dati.

    @stannis: thanks! mahirap magbulk e, mabusisi lalo na kasi ayoko mawala sa condition para anytime na kelangan maging ripped, minimal adjustments lang at hind suicide cutting.

    Correct me if I am wrong. But, was that the one on your right upper pec area?
    Usually, nag-ooccur ang stretch marks under long duration/speed of weight gain.
    One thing, kung thick-skinned ka kung hindi masyadong angat yung straitions ng muscles mo kahit nasa lowest possible BF.

    hindi na obvious yung stretch marks unless close up. and most of the time i do my cardio under the sun (shirt off) para dark color ko at pantay. i call that "tricks" hehe

    most of my tie-ins/cuts are deep so kahit tumaas yung BF ko kitang kita pa rin yung muscle separation. mahirap maging natty bro. dami kelangan pagaralan to achieve the look you want.

    Definitely bulking the proper has it's place.

    @Allen: oo nga napansin ko din yun dati, kaso last year pa yan pic na yan, i think i have made some good improvements already hehe

    @bomsbon: Soon sir, Im not rushing it. madami pa kelangan improve. actually madami nagaaya sakin dun sa pasig tapos enhanced lahat ng mga competitor at mga halimaw talaga (kasabay ko magtrain yung karamihan sa rainforest gym) tapos ako lang ang natty pag nagkataon. hehehe yung mainvite pa lang e masaya nako. parang may mga physique category na din ata ngayon, I will aim for that.

    sir vinch question lang sana, pareho lang tayo ng height at nasa 170lbs ang weight ko, pero parang payat ko pa din tignan, bakit po kaya? dahil kaya taba o tubig lang yung nagpapabigat sakin? hehe

    in the long run, YES as long as you are consistent with your training and diet. mas madali kasi ito maexperience ng mga new lifters versus sa mga matagal na consistent lifters. not necessarily macoconvert (turn fat into muscle) but you will eventually change your body composition (gain muscle and lose fat=look better). :)

    Both sa bulk and cut season.
    I mean how big do you want to get? Of course in the long run ahh yung target mo talaga, at the same time how lean you want to be? Curious lang hehehe.

    Gusto ko sana in 2 years (pag 30 nako) 185-190lbs @8-10% BF. Pero i wanna reach 200lbs @10-12%BF pag nasa 30's nako onwards. from there ewan ko na kung gugustuhin ko pa lumaki pa.

    190lbs @ 8-10% BF, dko maimagine kung gaano ka ka solido lalo niyan hehehe.

    by that age kasi matured na talaga yung katawan ko. karamihan din sa mga natty bodybuilders on their prime ay nasa 30's (with atleast 10 years of training under their belt) at ang weight nila is from 170-200lbs with low BF and aesthetically pleasing.

    grabe ang target ko lang is 170-175 8-10% bf para maka sampa. imba pala yang target mo dude! it will take a long time nga if ever. good luck!ah sorry i forgot you are 2 inches taller than me. that will make a difference nga if ever. pero kahit na, 190lbs @ 8% or lower is a killer! i know guys who compete @ 170-180 at your hight and they already look huge!

    hahaha i haven't thought of that yet because im still in a mission :) i still think it could be done. though it might take me half my life hehe. i wanna see for myself if the natty pros aint lying! i blame the magazines and youtube!
