    Injury Update:
    Sobrang sakit pa rin ng left knee ko. Mentally frustrating dahil hindi ko alam kung hangang kelan ako maghihintay guminhawa sya. Ayaw ko pacheck up dahil I'm hoping na makukuha pa sa pahinga. I train with caution but I still push it as far as my body can handle. I'm not trying to impress anyone not even myself na kaya ko pa rin magheavy kahit may threatening injury. It's just how I happened to be.

    bro pag umabot ng 1 week na siya sumasakit pa check up mo na. mahirap yan kasi sa joint. BTW ang bigat niyang 330 lbs ah haha. hindi pang impress yan, pang motivation sa ka pbb yan haha

    @Core Oo, Yung left leg ko yung stronger leg ko at pang talon ko. Ngayon nagsuffer na siya kakacompensate sa weakness ng right leg ko.

    @Ohsnap May personal belief kasi ako na pag nagagalaw ko pa, pwede pa. Medyo matagal ko na nga iniinda ito. Hindi ako takot sa sakit e, pero takot ako malaman na may sakit ako. Awa ni Lord malaking tulong yung faith na makakarecover ako sa mga injuries. Isa pa sa problem ko is wala na ako sick leave for the rest of the year, as much as want to have a complete rest e malabo unless LWOP ako.October 22, 2014

    I'm satisfied with my training today, simple but productive. Pinapakiramdaman ko pa left knee ko. Strength is there, but my knee cant handle heavy loads during prolonged sets. Anything above 300lbs very stressful na after 3 reps. There were I think 2-3 reps na nagbuttwink ako dahil parang right leg ko lang ang umaangat but nevertheless things went smooth and I didn't struggle as i thought i would.

    Hinay hinay lang muna sa training, take it easy for a bit and let your body heal and catch up with all the stress you have been putting on it, training and life in general. Then hit it hard again once you are fully healed!

    This is my meal plan from September 4 to October 4. I didn't count macros (It's hard not to) but I ate the same thing weekly so that it will be easy to eliminate this and that. I cook the meat and veggies and the rest I buy it from the same source, same gotohan, same bakeshop, same branch. Weekends are more flexible, there were 2 days where i replaced my favorite goto combo meal with 2 cheese burgers, 2 chicken fillet sandwich and chicken fillet with rice but again same order for those 2 days. Other than that, the only extra meal I had was a large plate of pasta with pesta and chicken and a huge meat calzone last October 4.

    MONDAY-FRIDAY
    700g boiled pork tenderloin (95-98% lean)
    2.5 scoops whey
    2 cups rice
    300g of mixed veggies (cabbage, malunggay, pechay, togue, kangkong)
    1 cobra smart (on training days only)
    1 cup coffee (non training days)
    5pcs spanish bread
    2pcs pan de hotdog
    2 big pcs of chocolate crinkles

    SATURDAY
    600g boiled pork tenderloin (95-98% lean)
    2.5 scoops whey
    3 cups rice
    1 Cobra Smart
    1 large serving of lechon kawali with tokwa (ala tokwat baboy)
    [size=medium]2 bowls of lugaw with laman[/size]
    2 eggs
    2 lumpiang togue
    2 tokwa
    4 big pcs of chocolate crinkles

    SUNDAY
    1 whole Andok's lechon manok
    2 scoops whey
    2.5 cups rice

    I'm inserting a short crash diet week which i started already this week. After this I'll continue enjoying my current diet and screw up my gains once again.

    1 kilo boiled chicken breast fillet
    1 scoop whey
    1 cup brewed coffee (with sugar & cream)
    1 peanut butter jelly sandwich
    1 cup rice
    1 cup sauteed malunggay and pechay

    Share ko lang itong bago kong trip kainin lately na swak na swak sa halloween. DUGO or BETAMAX. Since part ng diet ko ang lugaw, recently aside from the regular laman like isaw and twalya... pinapalagyan ko ng extra DUGO sa halagang 5 pesos per serving. Sa estimate ko it's close to 100g of betamax. Ok, so masarap sya at sobrang mura. Nacurious ako about it and did a little reseach. Eto nakita ko

    SWAK na SWAK sa bulking, pasok sa macros and WTF ang mura!!!!!

    My sources are not reliable kasi random sites lang mga tinignan ko. Pero parehas ang nutrition facts na nilagay nila. Even the Nutrition facts of our very own dinuguan is f*cking high in protein. So this lead me to believe na this could be an alternative source of protein para satin na tight on budget.

    Ofcourse kelangan pa rin tayo maging maingat kasi di natin alam kung malinis ba ang pagkaluto sa betamax na bibilhin natin. It's a risk, but not bad sa konting barya. Siguro kung gipit talaga pwedeng panawid macros.

    Again, I would only consider this an alternative kahit napaka-tempting nya isama sa diet because of the protein content and it's very cheap. I would still favor health over muscles. :flex:

    I could be wrong, so for those interested or mahilig sa betamax magresearch din kayo. Basta ako extra dugo na lagi pag kakain ng goto hehehe:yahoo:

    Wow! Cal 78, Protein 18.4G betamax! ngayun ko lang nalaman ito hehe! fav ko yan dati saka isaw. un nga lang pinagbawalan ako dati kasi prone "daw" sa HEPA.

    Pero Kapag ung mama ko nag luto ng dinuguan kumakain ako pero magiba hindi ako kumakain.

    Lugaw with egg, Betamax samahan nadin ng twalya swak para sa protein hehe!

    ang totoo nyan umiiwas nako ng pork nung may nabasa ako regarding how dirty daw ung pork kaso mukhang mag babago na naman pananaw ko pag dating sa pagkain ng baboy hahaha salamat sa info regarding sa dinuguan

    bro mahirap umiwas sa pork lalo na kung nandito ka nasa pinas. Ok lang siguro kung bawal sa religion. Very limited din ang affordable meat dito. Sobrang mahal at rare na yung ibang meat like turkey, lamb, deer, salmon, ostrich, aligator, frog, bear, hamster hehehe

    based sa mga nabasa ko mataas daw sya sa uric acid kaso i think dapat muna ito i-test kasi hindi naman ito regularly kinakain ng mga tao kahit sa mga exotic countries kaya isolated case lang ang incident ng uric acid dahil sa dugo ng baboy. Siguro it's not that harmful kung few servings lang at di dapat mamoblema sa uric acid. Hindi ko na research yung chicken blood e kasi bihira naman ata siya gamitin for betamax or dinuguan. Pero nakakain nako ng dinuguan na dugo ng manok :blush:

    brad, as a muslim, at sa sarili mong pananaw, madumi ba talaga ung meat ng baboy kahit sa maayos na pamamararan sya pinalaki hihihi ok lang kahit dimo sagutin kung medyo offensieve :)

    haha ok lang bro, sa kuran kasi, nandun din si jesus, pero isa siya sa mga prophet. Yung sa bible na pinagaling ni jesus yung napossess na bata ng isang demon, inilipat niya yung demon spirit sa baboy kaya parang concept ng "original sin" minana ng mga baboy yung demon spirit/sin :) halos pareho lang kasi yung nakasulat sa bible at sa kuran. For example yung kay adam at eve. Yung sa bible tinukso si eve ng ahas, and inaya niya si adam na kumain, but sa kuran, sabay sila tinukso ng ahas.

    kala ko petiks lang WO ko kahapon kasi bored na bored ako pero paguwi ko sa bahay sumama pakiramdam ko. kala ko normal lang pero nung gabi nilagnat nako. lalo pa sumama kasi naliligo ako sa pawis habang tulog kahit nakatodo yung aircon. ngayon trangkaso na ata at sobrang sakit katawan ko from head to toe.

    **All squat variations were done using wide stance, wide stance din sumo DL. Nanghihina tuhod ko or baka hesitant lang talaga ako sa kaya kong gawin dahil sa injury. Anyway, masaya na din ako at nakakapagbuhat pa ako. Dami halimaw kanina sa gym parang group workout ni branch warren, flex wheeler at frank zane. nanood na lang yung mga tao sa gym. Nung nagbihis ako sa CR naka open yung utility room sa gym, pagsilip ko grabe sako sakong bote ng roids, heringilya, boxes ng kung ano anong gamot etc. all for disposal! Parang sa hospital lang hehe. Atleast maayos at responsible sila sa pagdispose ng mga ganun kasi mahirap na mapulot ng nangangalakal ng basura yung mga hazardous waste.
