my first journal.. :)

I had a lot of mistakes in the past with regards to body building. From diet to proper exercises for building muscle and losing fat simultaneously.

I started reading articles from different sites and forums until I reached this site.

I then realized how much information and work was needed to reach my goals.

I have been doing a mix up of ckd and anabolic diet for a month now with a 5-2 training-rest per week.

I currently have a 13% bf, approximately, based on a bf calculator.

thanks a lot guys. :) this site have been the most informative guide.

as of now i want to increase muscle mass in my arms.

(will gladly accept all of your suggestions .:) )

    BF calipers are way more precise. Better use one when tracking your BF.
