Journey started Jan. 2013
Initial weight: 220 lbs
Bf%: no idea
As you can see with my photo wala akong nakitang pag babago. Weight loss lang pero ayun wala nag bago after 3 months. Any suggestions thanks po.First time ko mag popost dito atbsa kahit anong forum. Sana may maka help dahil medyo nawalan na din ako ng pag asa maging lean.

Naisipan ko mag start mag papayat gawa na din ng na operahan ako at tinanggal ang gall bladder (apdo). And sa mga friends ko na 27 years old na na diagnosed ng High Blood at sa Boss ko na 37 years old na may chronic heart condition na. And siempre para na din sa sarili ko hehe.:lol

Dito ako nag start 220 lbs January 2013

Work out:
Cardio +low weight lifting + Diet 1800 cal./day

After 3 months i lost 24 lbs pero siguro na din na kaya wala pa din pag babago dahil medyo madaming water weight. Ito po yung sa April 2013

Tuloy tuloy lang toh!!!:sport: yun lang 2weeks na ako na stuck sa 196lbs.. itatry ko din mag Lipo 6 black try lang naman.

    Bro you're never alone hehe. Making a journal is a very good start para maitrack mo yung improvements. Sa umpisa lang yan yung parang walang gana pero kapag nakta mo na nagiimprove ka na (plates additions, weight deductions, looks transformations, karisma, etc.) mawawala din yan! Basa basa ka na lang po muna sir ng mga threads dito at guides sa nutrition at workouts. Mababait naman mga tao dito, matutulungan ka at imomotivate ka talaga.Mukhang okay sa akin yung daily caloric intake kaya lang pang cutting na yata yan?? Unless kung may muscles na sa loob okay na okay! Ano yung recommended caloric intake? Others, Correct me if I am wrong na lang pero kapag magbubuild ng muscles (assuming walang muscles) caloric surplus muna diba? or Hindi na need? Ang alam ko kasi kung magbubuild ka ng muscles kaunting caloric surplus from recommended daily caloric intake.

    Hintay tayo feedbacks ng iba. Mas marami silang nalalaman beginner pa lang kasi ako hehehe :)

    Yes cut muna ako atleast 3 more months kasi pag nag caloric surplus ako and nag bulk may kasamang fats din kya cut muna ang goal ko. Thanks sa feedback. Sana may mag post and mag recommend ng diet and routine. Hehehe pero siempre basa basa din hehe

    I see! try mo bro yung Keto diet. Eating fats to shred fats. Research research ka and paturo ka kay sir dalts, naka TKD siya :) Read mo journal niya.

    Sakin sir ha, know your deficit and macro distribution tapos pag rest day ka mag cycle ka if workout day medyo dikit ng konti sa TDEE mo then restdays mo lakhian mo like -35 :) well just for me hehe.

    Thanks mga bossing ang plan ko sa ngayon yung calorie intake ko taasan pa masyado pala mababa yung 1800 para sa weight, age and height ko. And plan ko mag zone diet. Yung keto medyo alangan ako sobrang high fat intake. Maganda and promising ang result. Pero sa kasamaang palad wala na akong gall bladder (apdo) bawal ang high fat intake saakin. Zone diet ang tingin kong pwede pa.
    Zone Diet Macros:
    Carbs - 40%
    Protein - 30%
    Fats - 30%

    for me i dont recommend any ketogenic diet as of now. but this is me. you can try it for 3 to 4months, and see the difference, but i warned you there will be no growing of muscles here, since your on deficit. so think about it. and goodluck sa goal.

    Thank you sir. I have a question what if i change my goal to bulking/gaining mass. Meaning caloric surplus right additionl muscles with fats ang mangyayari. Ibig sabihin ba pag ginawa ko yun. Hindi mawawala yung love handles ko?

    yap, pero usually pag sumasabay na ang ibang parts mo like shoulders,chest and arms pag naka damit ka hindi na mapapansin ang tiyan, same tayo ng katawan before walang korte, mabigat dahil sa taba, pero i did my best,and hindi ako naiinip sa mga gains and progress. bago ako mag check before ng progress 3months or 4months,

    you can do the usual diet 1st kung gusto mo pababain muna ang fat mass mo, the low carb, low calorie,low fat diet. pero wag kang mag ka crush diet dapat gradual lang, then pag sa tingin mong payat kana then you can bulk up again this time fats with lean mass ang ma gegain mo, pero mahabang procedure yan. kung pinili mo naman mag bulk ngayon pde din naman,its up to you trial and error and ciempre you need to listen to your body pag aralan mo katawan mo kung saan sya mag rereact ng maganda, kaya nga ang body building is a marathon, change of lifestyle,

    imhoand add ko, you really need to find a way para maka pag gym ka, hindi pde puro dbs lang gagamitin mo, restricted at limited masyado.naaliw ako sayo bro, kase same na same tayo ng body structure nung nag simula ako, kaya i know with dedication you can do it.

    Here's my little opinion sir.

    For me, stop doing home workouts, kulang na kulang yan sir. Nakalimutan ko kung ano yung term at exact science bakit mas okay kung real weights resistance training ang isang magandang way to lose fat and gain some muscles, well of course slow and steady.

    And yes, if you want to gain some confidence, just do some cuts meaning deficits every day. Your usual diet will do the job just subtract some of it if you are hitting a caloric deficit. Reduce your fat to ranges 12-15% and for sure ma-appreciate mo yang pinaghirapan mo then decide.

    However, it'll take few months to gain some and to lose some.

    Here's some few bullets for you brah:
    • A one hour workout is only 4% of your day. NO EXCUSES.
    • Weights won't lift themselves.
    • Amazing bodies don't just happen.
    • Commitment is a choice.

    No bro pero baka diyan na ako mag buhat. 3 mos. kasi puro home workout lang ginawa ko base sa mga advice need ko talaga mag gym. kaya yan ang plan ko puntahan may price list sila sa FB affordable naman. Yun lang hindi ko pa nakikita ng personal yung place. ^^

    ako nga sir 2mons na wala naka renew sa gym - parang kulang talaga araw mo - di kumpleto pag di nakapunta sa gym.... talagang kasali na yan sa motivation at training sa sarili natin,..

    like sa akin before going to work dapat maaga umalis para sa gym at calculated time para di ma le late sa pasok ng work.... kaya dapat gawin ko yan - para naman to sa akin diba?.. :-)

    lalaki ang bilbil mo pero sabi nga ni Sir dalton, pag lumaki ang chest, shoulders at braso mo hindi mahahalata ang bilbil mo masyado. dati yan din problem ko, pero sinubukan ko magbulk and kumain ulit ng madami. hindi naman na bumalik sa dating shape yung katawan ko kahit naggain ako ng weight.

    Ako sir na-achieve ko na ang weight goal ko pero may bilbil pa rin ako. Bilang endomorph, I still like the concept na maging lean muna bago bulk.

    It doesnt matter kung endo ka or ecto ka, kung takot ang isang tao mag kabilbil when bulking, nde cya lalake at mag gegain kase everytime makkta nya sarili nya sa salamin at sa timbngan na bumibgat cya at nag kakataba sa mid section chak mag cut or diet agad cya, magkaiba naman kse ang bulking with gaining lean mass, sa bulking na panay kain pero walang workout,

Hehehehe para pag naging lean at gumaan ako magpapa buhat ako sa girlfriend ko lol..^ yes sir dalton salamat medyo naiinip lang sir hehehe pero ganito lang talaga ako minsan hahaha nag rereklamo pero tuloy parin heheheh..

    bro, my take lang po ha.. Been there na nagstruggle sa bilbil.. Just be patient lang talaga... Mawawala talaga yan in time, just stay religiously on your cutting, don't fall off, don't jerk it off, at wag ka mag eexpect ng sudden changes.. Kasi sasama lang loob mo nyan.

    Be happy what you are gaining now and the rest will follow.
