Good day!

Baguhan lang po ako sa pagbubuhat mga sir.
Wala pa po talagang alam kong panu ma measure yong protein,calories at fat.
Your advice are really appreciated. :)

Regarding po pala sa food

BF : 1cup of rice (ulam kung ano lang meron)
AM Snack : 2pcs of white egg
Lunch :1 cup of rice (ulam kung ano lang meron)
PM Snack:2pcs of white egg
Dinner : 1 cup of rice (ulam kung ano lang meron).After yong mass gainer agad.

(kung meron po kayong ma advice nito or ma change dito sir well much appreciated.Thank you in advance)

  • u can download it to your phone...I'm using myfitnesspal...easy lang gamitin...kaya lang hindi lahat nang foods nan don...but it really help...then research sa google ang mga foods macros...write it on a notebook then calculate...easy lang, then that the time na matotoo kang mag estimate kapag familiar kana sa mga macros...hope this help bro...
