Hi guys newbie here well i have a dilemma i want to become another me. im a large dude im near ng big O (bese) i tell myself that im not pero everything ive read tells me that i am so i guess i am,, im 23 years of age 5'5 1/2 inches and around 240-250 pounds. I really want to become a new me tried to lose weight so many times i will succeed then i will succumb again to eating. I guess unhealthy practices tend to make me quit at times like drinking binges with my buddies and stress smoking. This month im trying to have a crack to thin down yet again, i have kicked the drinking habit for 6 months already and the smoking has been replaced by vaping (using electronic cigs) i see myself a bit athletic before i ballooned to this weight, nakaka pag basketball,boxing and others sports pa naman ako although talagang bumaba ang cardio ko siguro dahil na din sa smoking at lamon ng lamon. I need advise to change my image I know i can do it I just lack guidance and the knowledge of maintenance. Sana me makatulong sa akin sa forum na ito i really want to lose pounds and tone it to a nice body

5-6x a day meal pero small meals lang...
oo mas maganda steam..kasi low fats talaga kumbaga walang mantika:)
try removing junk foods from your diet
- ice cream
- chocolate
- chips (nacho, piattos, lays, pringles, etc)
- french fries
- hamburger
- chicharon
- softdrinks
- so-called health drinks like C2
- powdered juice drinks (Nestea, Tang, etc)
- canned foods
- dried fruits (dried mango, raisins, etc)
basically, remove or minimize intake of processed foods
eating unprocessed foods is still the way to go
for endomorphs like us, diet has the biggest impact on fat loss. If you know someone who eats a lot of junk food but still manages to be lean, he/she is probably gifted with a very fast metabolism
even if with the right training program, a poor diet messes up everything (for endomorphs)
also, it would be good to know your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). go to to the Diet & Nutrition section
get a weighing scale that can measure your body fat level
a reduction in weight doesn't always mean fat loss
Medyo kamukha mo state nung friend ko. We're into running. Sabi nya dahil sa running nawawala mga bisyo nya. Plus pwede ka makibarkada sa mga taong may "good influence" sa iyo although this doesn't necessarily mean na iwasan ang old barkada.
And my last advise is tumambay ka dito sa PBB. ^_^

Ok lang mga yan as long as you drink in moderation. Prob kasi sa mga yan may sugar. And kapag sinabing "health drink" napapaisip ka daw na ok lang inumin kaya napaparami ka ng bili at inom.

I drink softdrinks once a week.
Chichirya once a week.
Prito foods once a day.
Mahirap kasi yung nag-crave ka tapos biglang kain.
Start pakonti konti hanggang hindi na hanapin ng katawan mo. ^_^

para sa akin kasi, ok lang kahit walang ice cream, chocolates, donuts, hamburgers, etc
leche flan lang talaga ang nami-miss kong cheat food
