All in the morning.For 1 and a half hour.
Mon.- pushups (4 sets 20 reps), 30 mins jogging
Tues - burpees (3 sets 15 reps),Dumbbell flyes( 2 sets 20 reps),Dumbbell Shoulder Press ( 2 sets 20 reps)
Wed - Weight lifts in the gym for at least 3 hours
Thurs. - pushups (3 sets 20 reps) Barbell Bench Press ( 2 sets 20 reps),Lying French Press ( 2 sets 20 reps)
Fri.- pushups (4 sets 20 reps), 30 mins jogging
Sat - Weight lifts in the gym for at least 3 hours
Sun. - rest day

Ah. Tama lang din pla since 2 hours for weights and 1 hour for belly exercise ginagawa ko.Since may konting problem sdin ako dun. Thanks for info sir!

Thanks sir! Boot camp execise kasi prefered ko lalo n burpees. Kung pwede lang mag bear crawl kesa maglakad gagawin ko din eh.
nag try kami ng mga gym rats ko mag endurance/crossfit training last month
yang Burpees na yan,ung pinakamahirap, You gotta love Burpees nga daw e,
naaliw kami lahat sa tires

oo nga eh.Later ko lang din nabasa yun dito. warm up ko kasi pull ups at least 3.Hirap pa eh.Presses barbell & dumbbell (bench,inclined,declined).Then konting squat and deadlifts. ok na ba yun? twice a week lng tlga kasi eh.Busy din kasi sa trabaho.
Ayos lng kasi pkiramdam pgktpos eh.Pero tlgng nkaka pagod.ntagalan din ako bago mkatapos ng buong 15 reps. Nasubukan ko din mg burbees habang may hawak na 20 pound dumbell pero halos 1 set lng ngawa ko. Nkakatuyo. Pangarap parin yang tire pull ups na yan.hehe
