Height: 5'6" Location: Sta. Mesa, Manila Hobbies: PS3. How did you find the forum? google. Hi. newbie lang ako. Hehe. Ako yung tipong sedentary lifestyle at PE lang nung college ang exercise, at 0% knowledge. hehe. I would also like to take time to ask several questions here!


1. Kakastart ko alng two days ago, I was asked to do squats, push ups by my trainer. Now ang problem ko ang sakit ng katawan ko. Ng buong braso ko, ng hamstrings at nung muscle sa ilalim ng kili kili. Normal lang ba to? Sakit talaga, tipong limited ang range of motion ko. Hehehe. Anu bang intervention dapat ba minamassage? Or what?


2. I am at 170lbs and approximately 25% body fat. Ano ang aking caloric requirement kung gusto kong mawala ang tyan kong malaki at mag build ng muscles at the same time? Thank you

3. Regarding diet, I don't have time to prepare my own food. May mai susuggest ba kayo ng readily available na food sa supermarket? Yung di na gano niluluto? Like canned foods? Peanut butter? Certain type of fruits, etc? How about fastfood, mang inasal na breast or KFC fried chicken breast part?


4. What is the cheapest and effective supplement/protein powder you recommend and where can I buy them?

  • Normal lng yung manakit ktwan mo since 1st time mo palang khit kmi nmn yung una kinabukasan masakit ktwan tlga parang tinira ka sa pwet ng kabayo all you have to do is deal with it mawawala din yan saka masarap pag nasanay na ktwan mo.

    picture sana bro para mas ma analyze yung body type mo pero based sa description mo malakas kutob ko na endo ka.. basa basa ka lang dto masasagot lhat yang tanong mo.

    whey protien PM7(promatrix7) ang pinaka mura. sa cash and carry tlga bilihan ng supps para smin.. pero kung mag pm7 ka may moderator dto nag bebenta si Mighty_Oak name pde ka sknya mag order sa grup w.o pde ka sumama tas mag Q and A portion ka dun okay lng.
  • 1. that is normal. since you haven't worked out at all, your body will be very sore. it will stay that way for a few days. you can take some ibuprofen to lessen the pain, but typically, you shouldn't take muscle relaxants as they stunt your muscle growth.

    2-3. to burn fat, just lower your carb intake. eat most your carbs earlier in the day. stay away from carbs at night. we're about the same size. i limited my carb intake to 40g per day and i lost 15lbs in 2 weeks. try to avoid pastas, breads and soda.

    Amf, di nag post ung reply ko wtf.

    Add lang ako about sa #2. 170 is big for 5'6 pero depende pa din sa what you look like. Usually sa start maglalaro pa yung weight mo before maging stable and mas masasabi mo if you need to increase or decrease ur caloric reqts

    Sa supplement itll be only effective if solid ang nutrition mo, so better eat that meat brah!

    Need ko lang talaga ng mga food na readily available. Pwede ba yung kunware fried chicken breast part ng kfc? Or mga canned goods?
    Question din pala bakit ok daw ang peanut butter? Hindi ba mataas ang fat content non?
