Food and supp for busy and madalas sa mga business/road trips

I guess meron dito na madalas busy or sa mga trips like pinapadala sa ibang bansa/lugar for trainings, business or just purely vacation. minsan kasi nagstruggle ako pag wala or bitin yung baon ko para ifulfill yung macros ko based on what's available. eto yung dinadala ko:

1. whey protein - sa isang maliit na container, around 15scoops.
2. peanuts - when I go to long trips, bumibili ako dito sa market ng nakapack na roasted peanuts (150g)
PROTEIN 41.000000
CARBS 45.000000
FAT 57.500000
SAT_FAT 13.000000
CAL 861.5
3. tuna in can - there was a time na nagpunta ako ng ibang lugar for vacation and adventure island trip. may baon akong tuna in cans at spoon. whenever I feel hungry, upo lang sa isang tabi at kain ng tuna.
4. tetra pack fresh milk
5. boiled eggs - nagboboil muna ako sa bahay ng 4eggs. tapos kakainin ko yun anytime (including all the yolk) na nasa byahe or nasa office.
6. quaker oatmeal cookies - carbs

Nagbabaon ako ng set meals sa office and day trips. Kapag more than a day, canned tuna, whey protein, pack of wheat bread.
