the ugly me

hello guys...

at long last nasimulan ko na din ang pagbabalik sa pagbubuhat. nagbuhat na ako since 2005 pa. patpatin ako dati. im not into budybuilding (tipong pang competition) gusto ko lang maging fit at healthy, in shape ika nga (although circle is still a shape)

minsan lang ako sa isang linggo na pumunta sa gym (saturdays lang) pero nagwwork out din ako sa bahay pag gabi.

equipments at home:
stability ball
dumbells
curl bar
plates 4pcs 10g 4pcs 5g
jumprope


Monday:
warmup: jumprope 200 jumps
Chest - push ups (flat, inclined, declined), db flies, db pullover 3sets x 12reps
cooldown: jumprope 200 jumps
*jumprope 100 counts alternate each set

Tuesday:
50 prisoner squats
50 jumping jacks
25 mountain climb x2
25 push ups x2
25 sit ups on stability ball x2
with some abdomenal exercises
*1 minute rest interval

Wednesday:
warmup: jumprope 200 jumps
Shoulder - military press, db press, lat raise, front raise, bent over raise, shrugs 3sets x 12reps
cooldown: jumprope 200 jumps
*jumprope 100 counts alternate each set


Thursday:
same as tuesday

Friday:
warmup: jumprope 200 jumps
Back - chin ups, pull ups, one arm row, wide row 3sets x 12reps
cooldown: jumprope 200 jumps
*jumprope 100 counts alternate each set

Saturday:
i go to the gym for 40mins to 1hr
dito lang ako nakakapagbuhat medyo mabigat. every sat sa gym iba iba din ang exercise ko.
e.g.
1st sat: Chest bicepts
2nd sat: shoulders
3rd sat back tricepts
4th sat: cardio and abdomenals

pero every sat ang leg exercise para naman di maiwan.

yan po ang pinaggagawa ko sa buhay ko.

  • hindi bro dapat may rest. kasi ako 3x a week ko lng ginagwa yang Spartan work out & maganda naman result sakin 4th week ko ng ginagwa.

    ang hirap pala ng spartan. sinubukan ko nung friday night. kailangan ko pa ng praktis. stick muna ako sa cardio ko ng tue at thu pag nagawa ko na yun ng 50counts lahat tsaka ko babalikan ang spartan

    gusto ko sanang subukan itong Max OT .
    pwede po ba ito sa akin. at ano na ang magiging diet ko? pwede pa din ba yung existing?

    Go to the gym first, learn the basics. Then saka ka maghanap ng program na para sa iyo :)
