need help & suggestion po,

good evening po..
may mga tanong po sana ako..

*ok lang po ba ang mag treadmill before and after workout?
*anu po ba epekto ng pagbubuhat ng hindi kabigatan pero maraming reps?

sa ngayun po eto ang mga gingwa ko,hinati ko po sa dalawang program,
palitan ko sila ginagwa ( ex.day1 chest triceps, day2 shoulder,biceps day3 rest tapos balik po uli)

1.Chest - Triceps
bench press flat
bench press incline
bench press decline
then.. mga dumbell exercises naman nila po gingwa ko..
then triceps na po..

2.Shoulder - Biceps
military press
Arnold Dumbbell Press
Bent Over Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise
then yung mga Pully naman ( hindi ko alam tawag :P )

*anu po masasabi nyu mga sir,may mga dapat po ba ako baguhin or idagdag?
*ok lang din po ba yung araw ng workout ko?

    solo lang dapat legs. partner ng back ay bicep,yan yung akin lang para sa 3 days split

  • Pag nagtrain ka ng back, usually, natetrain din biceps. especially sa mga rows na exercises. Ginagawa ko kasi isolated muscle group per day. pero kung gusto mo na dalawa muscle group per work out, i suggest (at suggestion lang), i-pair mo CHEST + TRICEP, BACK + BICEP, LEGS + SHOULDERS. Rationale niyan, big muscle group + small muscle group. When you train big muscle group, your body tends to produce more natural testosterone, which, helps your gains on the smaller muscle.

    Tapos singit mo abs exercise pag may time ka. Mahalaga wag mo kalimutan abs (kung pwede araw arawin mo, atleast isang exercise lang bago ka umalis ng gym, less than 5 minutes!!).

    Disclaimer: bro-science lang yan boss based sa mga nababasa ko. so SUGGESTION lang po yan. GOODLUCK bro!

    bro-science po ulit: I agree. low weight + high reps = endurance and toning, on the other hand, high weight + low reps = mass and strength

  • Yes boss daltonkamote! ABS EVERYDAY, EVERYDAY OKAY! haha. tapos kung may chance pa, jogging ka mga 20 minutes, mabagal lang na takbo, wag mabilis, BURNS all the FATS!

    kung cutting phase ka na bro, high reps + low weight. try mo tingnan workout regime ko sa journal ko bro, baka lang makatulong, dagdagan mo lang reps. pero, again, PAYO lang to boss.

    mrlouie mag add ka nang back mo and legs. sa tanong mo regarding reps, high reps vs. low reps depende lahat yan sa sarili mo kung may gains ka, ang pinaka importante naman eh yung execution mo and form para sa akin, and aanhin mo naman ang sobrang bigat kung wala na sa form injury lang ang bagsak mo, aanhin mo rin naman ang sobrang gaan kung walang effect sa muscle mo. maraming program sa site and also nutrition program.. good luck and always motivated!!

    yup. ayon sa aking mga nababasa, high reps pag sa cutting phase. kasi you want to tone your muscles while losing fat. pero isang key din dito boss is diet. as much as possible, iwasan mo foods with saturated fats and high in carbs. gulay at isda and magandang kainin parati pag nagcacut down.

    hindi po ako araw-araw tumatakbo, bro. once o twice a week lang bro. light jogging o kaya boxing. nasanay kasi ako (nagmamarathon kasi ako dati) kaya hindi ako tumataba, bro. Kaya po gusto ko din magtanong tanong kung pano ko ikeekeep yung regime ko pero mag gain pa ng konting mass. yan problema ko bro.

    pag nag build ka ng muscle ma susunog fats mo PERO dapat mag buhat ka ng mabigat para mag build ng muscle kaya ganito equation:

    Building muscle = Burning Fats
    Lifting Heavy ASS weight = Build muscle

    So ano ganap ng light weights at high reps?

    Lifting light weights and high reps = ???

    di pwedeng build muscle din,kasi kung ganun eh wala na mag bubuhat pa ng mabigat

  • cutting phase ka boss pag feeling mo kuntento ka na sa laki mo at ayaw mo na lumaki pa.
    boss Dalmas, palagay ko po pag nagsusunog po ng fats not necessarily nagbubuild ng muscle. in my opinion, di mo pwede pagsabayin ang pag-burn ng fats sa pag build ng muscle. Burning fats requires calorie deficit while building muscle requires calorie surplus. So, bro dalton, kung ok ka na sa weight mo, at feeling mo kelangan mo mag lose ng weight, ayun po suggestion ko, DIET at endurance training. meaning, high reps :) yung low weight po na sinasabi ko is not necessarily super low, bababaan mo lang konti weight na binubuhat mo para mas madami kang reps at sets na magawa. pero, kanya kanya naman po tayo ng mga regime na nagwowork satin. minsan its all about trial and error. So, its your choice boss dalts!
