Still beginner to lifting weights, i think my progress is slow due to poor nutrition i guess, but still more room for me to improve.

    *update

    will change back to my old workout program. split routine, hindi ko kaya ihandle ung stress ng 5x5 sken, msakit sa lower back, feeling ko mbabali spinal cord ko.

    may point si nick also proper form during the execution of the movement also plays a big role dun sa back probs mo.

    might consider your suggestion sir, i'll try to lessen the weight and focus more on my form, lets see how it goes. :)

    try to practice your "motor skills" first dun sa movement remember form is the top priority than poundage. lalakas ka din eventually just take small steps.
