NEWBIE lol

hmmmmm? kaya ako na enganyo sumali dto kasi po gawa gusto ko po malaman talaga kung nakakataba po kung iinom ako ng ON whey protein... medyo chubby po ako... 5 ft lng ako tas i weigh 60kg... nag woworkout ako 3-5x a week.. di ko nga lam kung napayat ako eh... :)) i do high protein diet tas 1-2 cups of rice a day na lng ako.. mostly nga gulay na lng kinakain ko... ano pa po bang dapat kong gawin at yung tips for ON? thanks..
