... Sino din pla ngggym dito sa Mascu Gym??? Ask q lng kung til wat time open un at my locker b dun?

    About sa workout program, wala halos pinagkaiba pagdating sa weight gain and weight loss. Heavy, Intense and dapat may Progression ang program mo. For starters you may check the archives sa site. focus ka muna sa Basic compound lifts (Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Press, Overhead press), Try checking out the 5X5 programs or "Starting Strength" that should do for now since nabanggit mo na first time mo pupunta ng gym.

    About Losing weight, Fix/clean your diet first, Learn at least for now to estimate how much you eat (in calories) before embarking to any kind diet protocol. if you can do that then saka ka mag intermittent fasting if you want. The reason why i'm saying this is because most trainees/dieters "forget the basics" and start jumping to advanced/complicated protocols/programs only to end up frustrated worst case stop if they don't reach their goals on the deadlines they have set. But if you got all the basic foundations pagdating sa workout and diet hindi na mahirap sayo eventually magventure to a more advanced kind of program/diet. I'm just saying :).

    now about sa mascu, si milksworth and aloy ang madalas andun. ako i workout w/ milky once a week dun. Walang lockers dun changing room lang but you can leave you stuffs dun sa counter may bantay naman dun. Sabay ka samin minsan pag may time ka.
