FInaly baguhin ko nga to!!!

THIS IS ME when i was start OCT 2012


END OF THE MONTH NOV 2012


nag hinto ako!! NYAN bali 1 month lng


eto ako Feb 2013 nag buhat ako ulit kaso 1 month lng ulit


And THIS June/julySerious na tlga ako dito!
IM curently BS 5x5 and 2months kona so far ayos yung result!! :sport:

    Go to the gym since BW exercises won't take you that far.

    For a 18 year old.....you are old enough to consume protein.....so maybe u want to invest in a tub of whey protein...
    And if possible,hit the weights in the gym....
    Eat more......egg whites......and chicken breast meat....

  • baka ung gains mo jan ng 2 years e gain mo ng 5months pag sa gym. xD
  • Tama nga kayo mga boss, 3 week WO at home. hinde ako satisfied sa ginagwa ko hahaha..
  • Welcome to PBB ako dito lang rin sa bahay na workout pero may mga gamit kasi ako dito pero kulang pa rin kumpara sa gym. kaya gym ka na lang kung BW training lang na gagawa mo jan sa bahay niyo. good luck

  • ayos yan. btw importante din ang nutrition sa development ng muscle. try mo din magbasa ng mga articles dito sa site. marami kang matutunan para mas maging productive ang gains mo. gudluck! :sport:

    Gj I can see a difference.pero try mo pare parehas pose at lighting para clear Lalo ang progress next time.

    Sir like sabi ng mga master dito, WO sa bahay better than no WO. Pero limitado ang muscle gain sa home WO without weights. Mostly muscle toning lang WO sa bahay kung walang heavy weights kang mabubuhat. So as soon as possible Sir join ka ng gym.cheers
