since cooking ang hobby mo sir, I think kayang kaya mong mafulfill ang caloric needs mo through food. it's just a matter of picking the right foods and targetting your caloric requirements. whey protein and healthy fat source (fish oil and olive oil) is a good addition.
i have, and just to be clear, nde sya substitute na source ng amino acids(protein) dahil sobrang onti ang kasama dun sa tablets so if you are thinking of supplementing as a source of protein better eat "real protein rich food". though as a source of vitamins and minerals yes, i'd say it's good enough.
