Hi there mga ka Tropa!
Baguhan sa larangan ng pagbubuhat. Aksidente akong napadpad sa site na ito dahil naghahanap ako ng bilihan ng suppliments na mura sa pinas.. Nag umpisa ako ulit mag buhat kasi naasiwa nako sa pagiging mataba at pagiging payat. Ngayon gusto ko nang maging lean ulet like nung dipa ako nagwowork at active pa sa extracurricular activities.. Sumali ako sa forum na ito hindi para kumuha lang ng information kundi para magkaroon din ng mga bagong kaibigan with same interest as mine.. I'm not aiming to be so muscular.. Tamang hunk body lang parang pang beach type na katawan ok na kahit hindi bukol bukol tamang meh korte lang pwede na.. Adik din ako sa UFC lalo na kay idol George st.pierre at sa almost perfect body structure ni Mark Fitt.. Abs and nice simple cuts sa bicep and tricep is the main target.. Legs yung sakto lang sa posture ng katawan. Hoping for you're warm welcome here guys.. Pinoy Rocks..
