Hi to all..
Newbie here.. 1 week pa lang nagbalik workout.. Nagkaron kasi sa office ng free gym.. Call center agent aq.. Diet mode.. planning for supplements + heavy lifting..
Since nag start palang ako ulet. I'm 6'1 182lbs .. max bench 100lbs curls to half 50lbs.. planning to buy optimum nutrition whey protein as per advice of my fitness first gym instructor.. Sharing ideas lang here.. Thanks..

Diko pa alam gumawa ng journal at signature ngayon lang ulit naka pag forums simula last week nag start mag gym.. kelangan ko ng spotter sa 100lbs.. 2 exercise 3 times a week lang ako sir.. like later MWF gym.. monday biceps and chest wednesday back, shoulder and tricep then last friday abs and legs.. mejo nagpapatuyo pako now para lumabas abs.. sana mag work program ko.. preparing my body sa company outing din kasi beach mode..
