Hi mga gurus im new here... Ive been hitting the gym for 3 months now and somewhat achieved my goal which is to lose weight.. ang dating timbang ko ay 177 pounds now im down to 163 pounds.. pero now i want to gain more muscles and strength and i want to add leg exercises dun sa routine kasi dati wala talaga ko leg exercise.. and right now im following the Reg Park Beginner Workout Routine na dito ko rin nakita (any takes on this) sana lalo nyo akong matulungan... TIAay sya nga pala ill be buying supplements mamya sa cash and carry.. need your opinion mga sirs about which vitamins and food supplements ang maganda.. TIA
