Hi guys! nice forum here, madami ako natutunan.

patulong naman, been in the gym for a month now, my stat is 5'9'' at 150 lbs in short payat talaga.

Im in the gym at most 4 times a week at least 3 times a week, seen some changes increased my biceps by 2 inches and gained 4 lbs weight pero somehow payat pa rin.

Im currently taking ON gold standard nakaubos na ako ng isang 2 lbs and going for the 2nd tub, what other supplement can you suggest, in my case i want to reach my ceiling weight of 163 lbs of pure muscles hehe.

    problema ko talaga ang pagkain, sa trabaho kasi once nakaupo na ako sa work area nang 8:30am, 6:00pm na ang sunod tayo ko. Kahit lunch madalian 15-30 mins, paminsan working lunch pa, kaya bagal nang growth ko

    ganyan din gngwa ko ngayon boss mighty oak. dati para akong robot, every 2-3 hours kaen ako. tapos nabasa ko na hindi importante meal timing (correct me if im wrong), bsta mameet mo ung total macronutrients for the day na kailangan mo to bulk. ako 4x a day lang ako kumaen pero total of 3k calories and 150+ grams of protein (im currently at 150 lbs)

    tanong ko lang im considering amino as my additional supplement.

    noob question, ok lang ba pag sabayin ang amino at whey ? hindi ba redundant?

    if so, when po ang best time mag take nang amino?
