Hey guys!
Glad to join this community! I'm Chris, gym enthusiast for 5 years now. I work out usually in Eclipse Gym Shaw Blvd and have been on and off for so many reasons hehe. But I'm a bodybuilder at heart, and an addict for supplements :D

    Excited na ako maging active dito hehe. Matagal na kasi ako naghahanap ng forum for bodybuilders! At least now may avenue na ako to ask questions and to share opinions
