Carbs for Post workout

May mga nababasa ako na sinasabing carbs for post workout is effective pero may nagsasabi ding iba na counter productive yun. Yung iba nagtatake ng dextrose with whey para mas mabilis and repair ng muscles after the workout. Meron ba kayong experience tungkol sa post workout shakes na sinamahan nyo ng carbs? ano epekto sa inyo?

    Yeahh I heard yung iba 20grams ng gummy bears after workout ang tinetake. hehe Ako Gatorade tinetake ko after workout para mareplenish agad yung glycogen levels ko. hehe tas uuwe na ko nun, within 30mins iinumin ko na yung post workout shake ko, di ko na masyado hinahaluan ng carbs kasi kakaen rin naman ako ng full meal after

    ang meaning ba para saiyo ng post workout is ung IMMEDIATE AFTER WORKOUT? (1-15 mins) kasi kahit 1-2 hrs post workout padin ung, kahit before ka matulog post workoutpadin

    Ayon sa aking research, after workouts our body glycogen are emptied. Glycogen keeps our body anabolic, so to refill it fast, carb intake is utilized. Experience wise, nung nagtake ako ng carbs after workouts, hindi na ako nagigising in the middle of the night feeling weak and hungry. Mornings are good too.
