Im on my cutting phase,I want to be sure im doing the right thing
based on my own research its mainly DIET to lose fat and im low carbs hi protein,Medyo paranoid lang ako kasi it seems that im loosing my weight from around 160lbs nasa 152lbs na lang,it might have something to do the time I weigh myself and weighing scale used im not sure
My questions are:
1.Continue my current diet?Low carb,hi protein
2.Continue my work out pattern?Heavy 4x6reps
3.Addtional tips for maintaining weight,lose fat,build muscle
infos that might help,Body type ECTO,working out 4months consecutive
any help will be highly appreciated

pinaka accurate to weigh yourself is pag ka gising sa umaga, accurate yung pang ospital na weighing scale hehe
