Newbie!

Baguhan lang po dito, just want to check out yung mga advices ng mga masters dito para makatulong saking pag gym. I'm still obese pero i want to build my muscles and also not to lose too much stamina, mahilig din kasi ako tumakbo hehehe. salamat masters! :sport:
