Hello PBB,I've decided to make my personal journal to share my thoughts and mostly questions.
I consider myself a newbie since I've been only working out for the last 3months,no remarkable gains yet
but im happy of the little things that changes on my body,with hard work,dedication and patience,
I know im on the right path and with the help from this community,im sure im on track to success

Straight Bar Military Press 4x6 reps

Bench Dips 4x6 reps
Triceps Cable Press Downs 4x6 reps
Day 2 Back, Biceps, and Forearms
Deadlift 3x5 reps
Pull up 4x6 reps
Upright Rows 4x6 reps
Bent Over Rows 4x6 reps
Straight Bar Curls 4x6 reps
Alternate Dumbbell Curls 4x6 reps
Day 3 Legs, Calves, and Abs
Squats 4x6 reps
45 Degree Leg Press 4x6 reps
Standing Calf Raise 4x6 reps
Crunches 35 to failure

@milksworth- a smudge on face and content aware lower right corner
I mean,cut and maintain,decrease carb and increase protein intake
first picture is taken using tripod lower angle and second picture is taken by my partner high angle broader effects
of arms,my right arm is more flex than the left and slightly forward,that also explains why it's shorter,
Shoulders for me are more prominent,lats,larger mid section but more defined,quads di kita but its more defined and larger than before
Im not exactly sure the weight I started to workout that is why its on a wide range,last time I weigh before March is Jan 2012
I might have gain weight with 2 months window(i don't know),il try to include photos taken on side view,if i have one back on March
I think gains are more recognizable on those photos
and i agree as well friends told me that mataba daw ako and wala ng leeg,that is also the reason why i decided to cut and maintain
like what I said starting weight may not be accurate since I based it last time i weigh in,I also get compliments
na lumaki daw ako bigla,for me its achievable through consistency and discipline
my goal is muscular big with abs ika nga nila aim for the GOLD

Love handles are those globs of skin and fat located at the side of your waist.
hehe so far pag nakatayo di pa halata masyado pero pag nakaupo un boom:biggrin:

and Squat 220lbs..slowly but surely:sport:
while resting after second set of DL @ 230lbs
guys approach me around 5'10' to 6ft weighs around 190lbs siguro
ask kung pwede ba maki sabay 1 set lang,surprisingly di nya mabuhat
haha..kahit 1 inch sa ground,he looks fit naman..made me proud as hell.haha

ingat lang sa pagdeadlift bro, you might hurt your back pag hindi tama ang form.
