You want to hit the gym, your mind is telling you YES but your body is not cooperating...Feeling weak you drag your lazy *** to the nearest store and grab yourself a bottle of energy drink,downing it immediately you feel refreshed, energized and immediately wanting to pump some iron?
What's your take?
Sugar rush, caffeine, energy releasing vitamins etc??

yung iba naman mataas caffeine..
ako bawang at saging kinakain ko... wag mo nga lang ako kausapin sa gym..wakeke!!
bro ano pala ang science behind bawang and saging before workout? and pano and gaano karami intake mo nung bawang?
2 to 4 cloves of garlic pre-workout for added Testosterone=strength
yung banana naman potassium=energy and to avoid muscle cramps...

True, its mostly the caffeine in coffee that's does it...Giving you a zip when you need one.
Sadly I don't drink coffee(personal choice)...
Don't forget your B-vitamins, they are not dubbed "Energy vitamins" for no reason..:)
