mga sir hihingi lang po ako tulong kasi kita nyo naman po sa mga lates pic ko super taba talaga gusto ko po mag palaki nalang ng katawan kasi super hirap napo ako mag lusaw ng fats hingi lang po ako ng advise pati ano po yung mga supplements na dapat itake pati diets po tulong naman mga sir :)

    BW x 15 din ba? tapos minus 250-500? di ko kasi alam pag fat loss eh.

    Though ung sa deficit amounts, it will vary from person to person IMHO pero still you have to be on deficit to lose weight. In my case kasi since i'm doing body recomp, i tend to eat at least near maintenance (or sometimes nasa maintenance) levels while on IF nanotice ko kasi na mabilis bumagal (ang gulo noh?) ang fat burning ko for some reason pag masyado malaki ang margin ng deficits and i dont function really well during the day pag sobra baba ng calorie intake ko. i get cranky and get too stressed pag ganun. okay naman yung margin na bigay ni kuya rot and like he has said it has to be gradual but in the end it all boils down what will work na deficit margin para sa friend mo @sergiee. so it will be trial and error pa din.

    Oh just to be clear ha, nde lang sa food intake pwede ka maka acquire ng calorie deficit ha.

    dali lang mga diet, kinuha ko yan ng 2months to 3months, mahirap ang mag build ng muscle.

    ako payo ko mag kamote diet ka muna + high protein diet, like tuna, chicken breast steam, steam veggies like potato,green beans, limit your calories to 1500 a day, yang mga pagkain na yan mababa calories nyan, and less fats,then mag fasting ka ng gabi till lunch next day, like from 9pm - 12pm.

    IMHO, "overhaul" or clean your DIET first learn to calculate your macro requirements day-in day-out or at least estimate. LIFT heavy weights and REST properly during recovery periods. huwag mo masyado asahan sir ang mga fat burners kasi useless din if you can't cover all the Items i have written in CAPS. just my 2 cents.
