Mass Gain Program...HELP!

Hi guys, just needed your valuable advice. I'm 34 and wasn't really into sports for the longest time. Am 5, 4" at 164 pounds...medyo stocky but obviously more fat. The physique I've always wanted to have was something like Mike Tyson's...bulky na maliit pero wala naman masyado cuts. Problem is due to the long hours sa work and the travel time going to and from the office, talagang stuck ako sa workout sa house lang. Right now I have 2 30lb dbs and am willing to expand that by getting a 100 lb barbells and a flat bench. Need help sa workout routine mga chief. Thanks in advance!
