Newbie

Hello people! The name is Onin. I started lifting way back in high school and never really went to the gym since I had a couple of dbs in the house. Now after years of bad habits, I want to get back in shape. I started with a lot of body weight exercises and ended up at 160. Will probably need lots of help from you guys in order to achieve the physique I've always wanted to have. Thanks guys!
