Good day Gurus, I;m new here and here's my short story

Gained 55lbs in college. Somehow I lost it in 2 months primarily because of biking in the morning (fasted) and tracking what I eat (android app). I noticed how much I improved after losing that much weight and now I decided to put some muscle (hopefully).:sport:

I wasted 3 weeks in gym of "bara-bara" routines and I saw that some of the members here are in Max OT so I decided to give it a try.

Any advice sirs? I really want to have a GSP Physique hehe Thanks and more power to PBB!
