ako si macz. age of 24
tuming bang ako ng 115 kgs sa kadahilanang tinamad ng mag practice target ko bumalik ng 85kgs.
nag start ako mag lift nung jan or feb (not sure) dahil gusto ko mag build ng muscles

    Hmmmm.... nde actually sya magulo nilinaw ko lang kung tama ang pagkakaintindi ko sa logs mo. i think there is too much volume sa workout mo. try mo nga post fafs ung buong routine and let's kung may kailangan i tweak. :)

    Hmmmm... kung ako sayo, tanungin mo muna talaga sarili mo if need mo talaga supp, kasi seriously you can cover naman yung macros mo sa whole foods, and advantage lang talaga ng supp is "convenience" nde sya "magic beans" that will make you big after taking it. it all boils down to covering your macros be it from whole foods or supps. though ako preference ko is "i'd rather eat my protein, than drink it" i simply use supps like whey and BCAA for its convenience nothing more. i'm always on the run kasi so mdyo gipitan sa oras sa pagluto but if I do have time to prepare my meals i make sure to it i got all my macros covered sa whole foods marami na ang isang beses ako uminom ng whey sa isang araw pag puro pagkain laman ng tyan ko hehehe. but then again nasasayo yan. just giving my 2 cents.

    opo alam ko po na hindi agad agad tatalab ang supp pag ginamit ito kailangan i work out din. kasi minsan tingin ko parang kulang ang kinakain ko parang kulang ang protein nanakukuha ko or other nutrients ang BCAA po ba parang whey din?

    BCAA is also a form of protein though whey protein supps nowadays also has BCAA, i use the separate BCAA supp for a different purpose. hehehe

    nag babantay lang po ako ng calorie kahit ano kinakain ko basta wag lalagpas ng 3.5 kcal

    nope sa tantra po ako dati nung hawak pa ng ABS hawak din kasi nila ang warrock dati.pero nag lalaro din ako ng warrock kaso di gano ka adik dati :)

    welcome tol! magkakasundo tayo nyan, adik ka pala sa online game, former tantra adik din kasi ako wyback 2006-2007 ata yun, best online game na nilaro ko kung hindi lang nagkaroon ng sangkatutak na cheats at poor management hehe. yang online game din ang nagpatigil sakin sa pag gym noon,pero ngayon stop ko na at sa gym na lang ginagamit ko ang oras.

    I'm kinda biased on this hehehe, whey protein ang isa suggest ko kung ako tatanungin mo. though sa efectiveness, they both are effective as long tama ang paggamit and naihahabol mo sa daily protein requirements mo.

    kung ganon mag tablet na lang ako mas cheaper sya diba :D

    IMHO, make your deadlifts heavier and less reps and i think there is too much sets in your routine. how many days ka ba nagtetrain per week? and how often do you hit certain body parts every week?

    ah ok. dapat di ganun, you need to give enough time for your muscles to recover before you train them. or else nde yan lalaki. be it a full body or a split type of workout sufficient rest and recovery plays a big role aside from diet if you really want to get big. maoovertrain ka nun pag masyado magkakadikit ang splits mo. tanong ko lang sino gumawa ng program mo fafs?

IMHO kasi kung ako gagawa nyang routine mo it will definitely overtrain me, i know mas malakas ka sakin pagdating sa endurance training but i'm basing this on what i have researched and a bit of experience pagdating sa pagbubuhat.

    like i've said masyado madami sets mo per bodypart second mdyo kulang ng onti sa "structure" yung pagkaka-arrange ng exercises mo. Natanong na namin to sayu paps last time, anu ba target mong physique "muscular big", or lean lang? tapos do you think you could allocate at least three days na buhat instead na two para kasing alnganin yun 2 araw per week na weight training eh, just my suggestions lang naman. :smile:

    ahh e2 po kasi sched na ginawa ko.. nag papababa po ako ng timbang siguro yung medyo muscular pero di po masyadong malaki :D

    wed - chest
    thu - shoulder/arms
    fri - legs
    sat - back
    sun - chest

    kung may mabibigay po kayong routine sakin mas ok po para alam ko din ahe:blush:
