ask po how to boost BENCH PRESS...

good day to all...

on strength training for 3 months na (end of May)...

bench press is 120-125 lbs...

I need tips po how to boost my bench press weight...

Any tips and suggestions are very welcome po thanks!

    What program are you using? What's your current body weight? What was your starting weight with BP?

    boss strength training ako 5x5 stronglifts for 3 months na.

    165-170lbs naglalaro weight ko.

    nasa 125lbs+weight ng olympic bar sir.

    suggestions sir salamatstarting weight ko dati boss is 50 nasa 125lbs na ko sir plus weight ng bar.

    thanks sir suggestions po para mapalakas ang BP ko sir nahuhuli kasi.

    Two days rest ko after chest workout ko bro and after the workout kain talga ako ng kain pero control din sa carbs. I eat fish and chicken a lot and after several weeks boom! I lifted 200pounds for 6 reps. I started lifting 70pounds for 8reps last november 2011. W

    Dati nako nagbubuhat bro kasi may homegym kasi kami dito house nung 2007 160pounds yung buhat ko sa flat bench max of 8reps tapos napahinto ako dahil sa college mejo busy na tapos now im taking Llb course for promotion i am currently 23y.oi am 22 y.old pla my bad hope this wont be an argument.
