Skinny to Muscular HOPEFUL

Skinny na may stomach guts

Basically jogging ako papunta gym around 25-30 mins ayun na yung cardio ko then warm up tapos buhat na.

Kung meron kayo advice, it'll be very much appreciated since novice pa lang ako sa weight training.

    My advise focus on basic moves or try mo muna 5x5, para mas magbuild ka ng mass. And iwasan mo ang cardio before a workout kasi baka di mo maibigay ang 100% lifting mo. Warmp up should be 10mins including dynamic stretching. pag sobra baka magsuffer ang lifting mo.

    mga boss tulong nman gusto ko ma increase muscle size ko.kailangan b talaga mag bulk up ako to add size? ripped n kc kaso 110 pounds p rin ako.halos 12 percent n lng fats ko ano b mganda source ng fat peanut?

    ripped ka nyan kasi payat ka pa, pa bulk ka then cut, mahirap magpa-ripped na galing bulk pero maganda yung ganun.

    Is it possible na matanggal ang stomach guts while gaining weight??

    possible though it will be difficult and a very slow process ang tawag dun ay "body recomposition". I would suggest try sticking to the usual bulking/cutting setup para less complicated and mas mabilis ka lalaki.

    anyway. i have this thinking to train strength and endurance since i play basketball. this may be a stupid question. pero i heard na bulking up and endurance training doesn't go hand in hand? does this mean na bulk up muna ako tapos sabay ko po sa cutting/toning yung endurance training?

    im in a league right now, i eat a lot and bulking up. kung hindi ka kakain ng madame mauubos ka sa basket ball, maniwala ka o hindi, para kang papel sa basketball pag nag laro ka ng naka diet, pwedeng pwede mo pag sabayin yan, bulking at basketball, kse pinaka cardio mo is basketball, kain ka lang madame lage para lage kang malakas sa workout at sa basketball, imho.

    Another thought:

    Since student palang din ako. minsan ang sleep ko eh 4-6 hours lang. hmm. iba po ba yung effect ng tulog sa gabi and siesta. I was thinking kasi na bawiin yung lacking hours of sleep ko.

    Kanina sa gym I encountered a recurring problem. Normal lang po ba na mabagal yung progress ko in terms of lifting weights? Wala kasi ako gym buddy. so yung binubuhat ko hindi heavy ass weights. like kanina sa bench press. 1st set ko x12 eh 30lbs lang, same with my second set and then sa final set ko as much as i want to increase the weight hindi ko nagawa... bale hanggang 7 reps lang nagawa ko. other exercises hindi naman masyado. Problem ko yung strength ko. gusto ko dagdag ng weights yun lang di ko kaya. Will it play a major role sa pag bulk ko. Currently 2 lbs dinagdag ko from last week.

    Your advice will be VERY VERY much appreciated. Thanks guys!

    As long you are progressing sa poundage ok lang kahit paunti-unti, we all have our "not so good days" just be consistent sa lifts check proper form always, Remember form is priority than weight, useless ang bigat ng buhat kung ang ginagawa mo lang ay "half reps" or you just keep swinging your body while doing curls or any other isolation exercise. and like my sig says "train your body, not your ego..." :smile:

    I haven't done 5x5 but AFAIK since puro compund lift ang kasama sa program you may opt to add a bit of isolation exercises. though ang rep range nya is higher than 5.

Thanks ulit! :)Question po pala ulit. Ok po ba yung. halimbawa: Bench press 30lbs x 12 reps, 2nd set add weights tapos x10, tapos final set eh add weight x 8. Ok po ba sa nagpapataba yan?

    Is lifting heavy ass weight with around 4-6 reps effective sa bulking? Kasi I stumbled upon MAX-OT workout program and I'm planning to try it next week....

    nope it will actually promote hyperthropy better, the "high rep, light weight" routine plays a different part in lifting (like volume training), but you're simply looking at adding more mass, Heavy is definitely the way to go. :smile:

    Cutting/Bulking would be more dependent on your nutrition.

    Bro did you read the PDF file sa workout routines vault? nakalagay dun kung ilang sets and reps. Pero ako ginaya ko ung isang program dun para di nako magisip you can check out my journal if you want din nakalagy sa gilid.

    And yung bulking is thru nutrition mo ma-achieve :)
