    Sir milk it's confirmed 150 ang per session sa xtreme, so tuloy tayu dun this wednesday for chest day mga 3pm-4pm tayu punta at ako ay malayo pa pinagagalingan kung ayus lang hehehe, ok lang din daw kay koya bardagul ng ganun oras. so sa mga gusto sumama join na para di ako magisa pagtulungan ng dalawang mamaw wahaha juk lang. gusto kayu ma meet ni koya bards may "thermogenic" black label daw sya na reserved para sa lahat :P

    @insan. hanggang june pa naman daw si koya bards dito sa pinas so may chance pa sa sunod na GWO malay mo baka magkasabay sila nila koya braso hahaha, puro mamaw. master @[Mighty_Oak] sama ka sa wednesday sa extreme gym ni ms emay tayu workout. hehehe

    Ang sarap sana sumama at maganda yung may-ari ng gym este... yung mga gamit sa gym pala! hehe

    kaso maaga shift ko nyana alanganin sa oras. Sagabal talaga ang trabaho sa buhay!!!!
