ideal weight to start BB

good morning po, my first time to post here! hehe

ask ko lang po, what do you think is the ideal weight to start bodybuilding(in my case)? for now, i'm just trimming my body to my weight goal but don't know @ what weight shall i start BB. by the way, i started to go to a gym last march 31, 2012

my status as of april 7, 2012:

Age:30
sex: male
height:5'11.5
weight:235.4 lbs (as of april 7, 2012)
target: bring my weight to 200 lbs after 6 mos. hehe

    welcome to pbb! about your question, there's no ideal weight to start bb'ing. better if you could start now :)

    Welcome @jake to the site as for your question same kina dalt and monch no ideal weight when to start BB. you grow lean mass or lose fat as you go on w/ your training (given that you are doing it right). For your next question ideal weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week (of fat). madalas kasi if you are trying to cut down your food intake way too low and your weight suddenly drops fast. you also lose water and muscles (sa case ng mga may lean muscle sa katawan).

    Tama sa ds, pero sa case ko kse aim ko mag gain weight, gain more lean mass, i hope, 180lbs aim ko,

    start with what ever you have. ang importante yung goal mo na weigh. yung gusto mong ma achieve! good luck and weclome!

    guys please comment on my food intake daily...

    ->1 pc banana+water (breakfast)
    ->3 times tea in a day (office)
    ->sandwhich palaman is falafel, pcs. of french fries, ketchup, 1/2 tsp olive oil (lunch)
    ->in between lunch and dinner i sometimes eat biscuit pag nakaramdam lang ako ng gutom... hehe
    ->1 cup rice sometimes no rice at all; most of the time veggies; 1 pc banana (dinner)

    suggestions are most welcome...

    appreciate if my pede makapagshare ng food intake sched nila ... hehe

    Hmmmm... mas maigi @jake gawa ka ng personal journal, lagay mo dun ung meal plan mo workout routine, saka kung ma pics ka na din na recent upload mo na din sir para ma assess nung mga masters dito kung anu pwede maitulong sayu sa routine/meal plan mo. :)

    @DS, actually wala pa akong workout program, as of now 30-45min treadmill plus diet lang ang ginagawa ko...

    hindi ko pa alam kung anu ang bagay sa akin na workout... sana my mag-advice ng magandang workout for beginners like me... i'll try to check and maybe post sa personal journal na rin para makakuha ako ng advice from the masters ng PBB... hehe
