Magandang umaga/tanghali/gabi
mervinm here from taguig, 5'8 203lbs. Mga 2 weeks na rin akong nagggym lost 3lbs already puro cardio at kaunting weight training. Kailangan na maging healthy with my first baby on the way. Siya motivation ko.
Now if I can only find a way to stop smoking hehehe

Wow, congrats sa new baby! Gusto ko na rin niyan pero wag muna. ^_^
Very nice to hear na you're doing it for your kid. Hope ginagawa mo rin ito para sa sarili mo na rin.
Sa smoking, I can't really give a tip coz never pako nagsmoke. Pero whenever I'm addicted sa isang bagay, I try to limit myself from using it na lang but not completely removing it in my system. Nawawala rin siya eventually.
Plus, kung bigla ka mag quit smoking magkaka withdrawal syndrome ka. So try mo lang to puff siguro once or twice a day and then bawasan mo ng bawasan each week or month.
Have a goal. Focus ka dun sa goal. Pwede mo rin pang motivate ang baby mo.
Remember, kapag ang parent ay smoker, mataas ang chance na magiging smoker din ang anak.
