2jfm5ok.jpgIt's been awhile.... I've been busy with med school so I had to postpone my big pork barrel challenge but then again this would be my new journal. I can now focus hope to become buff in 1 year. I failed my big pork barrel challenge but hopefully this time I shall finish this journey now..

  • Woke up this morning felt heavy .. It was a big celebration yesterday but then again I promised to change myself a year from now.. My body but not who I am.. I'll be doing some chores today go back to my katipunan clean my pad then hit the gym.. hope this would be a good start on my 27 age of existence

  • I went to the gym today and it felt bad.. I can hardly run few km on the treadmill I was catching my breathe.. I can't keep up.. I can't believe what kind of monster I turned myself into... Madaming trainer sa high end gym but then again.. Pera... Puro nala ng pera pag di ka bumili ng trainor package hindi ka nila papansinin andun lang sila paikot ikot.. may nag bubuhat ng mali... I am fat.. Nilapitan ko to tell him that what your doing was wrong then the bad face of realiy came when he said ANU ALAM MO SA EXERCISE ang taba taba mo.. Napaatras ako... And sat down the bench.. Sakit... ANg sakit sakit....

    I see people buying package in the locker room would say mahal mahal naman pero sige lang... some clients are already having ahrd time but then again their just like a wood watching them... kung wala kang pera wala ka.. Money makes the world go round but then again truth is hindi naman lahat ng trainor may alam... and reality is pag naka enrol ka sa kanila mabait sila but after that pag di ka na kumuha ng package hindi ka na nila kilala.

    I see fat gym goers on the side they isolate themselves nahihiya siguro yan ang problema sa aming matataba mababa na self esteem kahit na mataas ang natapos ko kung didikitan ako ng isang maskulado sadyang basahan lang ako hirap pala.... ng ganito I feel that now Im on the terrible stage of my life pero ok lang I'll just wait and let time take it's pace

    hayaan mo lang ung nag bash sayu sir filchi, pag nasaktan sya eventually sa ginagawa nya matututo din yan hahaha. that's why i never give unsolicited advice kahit dun sa gym namin kahit alam ko na makakatulong ako. as for you sir, chillax lang wag po masyado madepress nde ka nagiisa I have been there and i know it sucks. mas maigi sir focus more on being positive on how will you reach your goals, train your head and heart to fight no matter how tough the journey is going to be. kasi kung deep inside sir you're ready to fall apart, what more on the outside di ba? what I'm trying to say i guess is this is a good opportunity not only to train the "outer" you but also the "inner" you make both of them stronger and better para eventually di ka matitinag sa kahit anong trial hehehe. Just my two cents, keep it up sir dito lang kami pag need mo support! :smile:

    Ah hindi naman ako affected sa nag bash sa akin eyeopener lang siya kung sbaagay bakit nga naman ako makikinig sa iyo kung sarili mo mataba parang patient doctor lang din.. pano mag aaadvice ng isang cardiologist sa isang patient na may heart disease kung ung doctor mismo nag smoke at mataba hehehe .. Kung Medisina nga nalampasan ko heto pa kaya laban lang :D

I wish dumami ang mga trainors na matitino sa mundo lolz

    ^Group Workout Doc. Punta ka sa Masculados gym minsa sa may tapat lang ng SM Annex yun, usually every Friday kami may GWO dun between 5-7PM.

  • I went at Sm Marikina Because SALE sa tobys I bought 1 barbell curl na bakal 1 meter 2 bicep curl rods 2 10lbs na plates, 2 20lbs plates, 2 rubberized 10 lbs plates and 2 rubberized 5lbs plates.... Ubos sweldo pero ok lang need to buy these to help me on my journey. Holy tuesday ngayon but would run around the village later. Hope all is well until then

  • barbell rodd 1,200 yung maliliit na rod na pang bicep 700 each 1400 sa plates naman na 10 lbs 450 each yung 20lbs na is 750 each ung 5 plates naman 320 each tapos yung 10lbs na plate na walang rubber 325 discounted na lahat

    Sir, nice story. I've spent my 20 mins. reading your journal. Ako din, payatot ako. AS IN. 106 lbs lang ako nung nagsimula ako mag work out. nahihiya ako sa sa mga tao pag papasok ako ng gym. lahat sila nakatingin sakin na parang, tikas nito payatot. hahaha! iniisip ko nalang, kaya nga mag wowork out kasi payat! ngayon after 2 weeks, 116 lbs na ako! kita ko din ang improvement sa katawan ko. unti unti na din ako nag gagain ng self steem.

    Ganyan din sa gym ko. halos karamihan ng trainer mukang pera, may mga nag ooffer pa nga sakin 2 gives daw. hahaha pero d ako kumuha. Tuloy lang ako. sa youtube at net lang ako nagtitingin ng tamang form then save sa ipad then panuorin at try sa gym. ganun lang ginagawa ko gang sa makuha ko yung tama.

    Update ko mamaya yung journal ko lalagay na ako ng before and after na pics. 2 weeks. hehe

    Goodluck sayo boss! kaya mo yan wag mo nalang sila pansinin!

  • I rather buy my money gym equipments and books at fully booked about fitness than buy those trainer packages lintik na mga yun nag tratrain sila may hawak na cellphone nag eexplain sila sabay uupo lang I dont get it Ive experience that before when I was working out in a gym around sta lucia kaya nga yoko na bumalik lumipat din ako sa rob metor east lintik la pa din now i rather do it on my own Im happy with the gym at katipunan supercuts fitness mababait mayari at ma tao why spend thousands aircon lang yun hay better go to hard core

  • Usual features ng doctor ganyan... pansinin mo mga doctor sa lalaki matatalino, mayaman, busy sa work,career oriented, magaganda asawa at common na yan Matataba usually kahit sa babae matataba when you go to med shcool stress and cortisol is predominant factor siguro pag nag med ka tataba ka din... Went running 2 hours today and then just found out my mom gave me a gift 3 months at golds katipunan still dont know when would I activate it happy din kais ako sa gym sa super cuts I like it there mga sosyalan lang sa golds most naman project la ng di naman nag bubuhat dami pang tao they make fun of others anyway i would be going to Cash and carry this saturday need to buy my stuffs and make this training serious plan to focus cardion on the next 3 months
