    nagpapalakas ako sa Bench.

    Tuesday:

    Bench - Max to failure (Heavy)
    BB rows
    BB shoulder Press
    Close Grip Bench
    EZ curls
    Abs

    Wednesday

    Dead Lift -Heavy
    Wide Grip pull ups
    DB Press
    Pushdown
    Incline Curls
    Traps

    Friday

    Bench - Heavy as possible
    DB rows
    Lateral rows
    Tricep ext.
    Straight bar curls
    Abs

    Saturday

    Squat - Heavy till you drop dead
    Cable rows
    Machine Press
    Skull crusher
    Incline curls
    Traps
